Key Responsibilities
Incoming Material Inspection: Verifies raw materials, components, and supplier parts against specifications.  

InProcess Monitoring: Conducts checks during production to identify and correct deviations early.  

Final Product Testing: Validates finished goods for functionality, durability, and compliance.  

NonConformance Management: Documents defects, initiates corrective actions, and prevents recurrence.  

Audits & Compliance: Ensures alignment with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or FDA regulations.

Root Cause Analysis: Applies tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, or Six Sigma to resolve issues.
